DAY NAUTA PROCESSOR AND DRYER

The Littleford Day Vertical Cone Day Nauta Processor and Dryer serves the processing industry as both a mixer and a dryer. The gentle mix action allows fragile particles to be mixed throughout the entire batch without degradation. All Day Nauta Processors have the ability to precisely mix from just 15% of their rated capacity to 100% full rated capacity with the same degree of accuracy. This allows for partial batching in the same unit and does not require smaller, more costly equipment.

The Day Nauta Processor is available in laboratory sizes to production sizes exceeding 350 cu. ft. It is also an excellent dryer for the same reasons it is an excellent powder processor. The Day Nauta Processor's gentle action is ideally suited to processing very easily fractured particles such as various forms of crystalline products. Since there is very low shear, the particles do not have sufficient energy exerted on them to produce unwanted degradation. This is especially important during drying cycles that are somewhat more extended than simple mix cycles. The Day Nauta Processor is available in vacuum and hot-air deep bed drying.

The Day Nauta Processor offers extremely accurate mixing. The Day Nauta Processor is able to mix materials that have a wide range of density and particle size.

The gentle mix action allows the Day Nauta Processor to very precisely manufacture products that due to their fragile nature cannot be processed in a medium to high intensity mixer. This same gentle mix action also is able to adequately granulate products with a low binder ratio.

The Day Nauta Processor is easily adaptable to both C.I.P. and S.I.P. systems. The Day Nauta Processor is available in a wide range of sizes from 1-3/4 cu. ft. to above 350 cu. ft.
